After the initial free consultation, my fee for each 50-60 minute, individual session is $130.

Payment is due at each session.

I am able to take check, debit/credit cards, or HSA cards at this time.

I reserve a limited number of spots in my practice for those who are experiencing financial hardship. If I have a space available and you are in need of a lower fee, I am happy to offer a reduced rate. I can't reduce my fee for everyone, so I ask that you use your best and kindest judgment in determining if you need a lower fee.

I believe the client/therapist relationship is the most important component of therapy. Therefore, I offer a free consultation to help us determine if I am the right fit to help. You'll get a feel for how I work with clients - and I'll get to learn more about you and what you're looking for. There is absolutely no pressure to continue working with me after this.

Cancellation

Life happens - and I understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your personal schedule. If, for any reason, you are unable to attend a scheduled session - please contact me 24 hours in advance to cancel. If not contacted within the 24-hour timeframe, you will be charged my full fee for the missed session. Cancellation and no-show fees must be paid in full before scheduling the next session.

Location

All sessions are held over a secure telehealth platform. Currently, I am only able to see clients that are located in Washington State.

Insurance

I am an in-network provider for Premera at this time.

While I am not currently in-network with any other health insurance companies, I can provide a monthly statement (called a superbill) that you may use to obtain out-of-network coverage directly from your insurance. Your health insurance provider's customer service call line will be able to detail specific coverage benefits included in your plan.
